We're a mobile sports massage service based in Middleton, Leeds.

Sports massage can be of great benefit not just for those in full time training day in, day out; It can also be of use to those who perhaps work at a desk for a long period of time and suffer from tight shoulders or for those in a physical job who struggle with aches and pains.
Hannah has been massaging for a number of years now working with various sports people including British internationals athletes. She has also competed at international level herself, competing for Great Britain a number of times in mountain
running.
Qualifications:
Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist
Trained in Kinesiotape application
BSc Sports & Exercise Science (Loughborough University)
MSc Pre-reg Physiotherapy Student
ABOUT US
Mike qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist in 2016. Since then he has worked with a range of sports people including British international athletes and Cardiff City Football Club. Like Hannah, he has also competed internationally, running for GB on a number of occasions in mountain running and road running.
